This is a dual spindle dual turret lathe designed to do both ends of a part simultaneously by means of dual-spindle and dual-turret. By using a simultaneous operation of two spindles while machining parts with both turrets in one setup, you reduce the number of times a part must be held in place as compared to a single spindle lathe. This decrease in holding time results in reduced cycle times and defects when making complex geometries on parts.
